This 6-week video and discussion program is taught in partnership with Ignite Idaho Family Resource Center. Parents will learn the skills needed to use effective discipline, teach responsibility, and communicate with their teens. Classes will be held Thursday mornings from 10-12 AM. Child care is available on-site. This class is FREE!

7 Principles for Making Marriage Work
Join other couples in this 6-week workshop learning and applying the concepts, behaviors, and skills that guide couples on the path toward a harmonious and long-lasting relationship. This course is based on the work of the world’s leading marriage researcher, Dr. John Gottman. Classes will be held Thursday evenings from 6-8 PM. This class is FREE, but attendees will need to purchase a copy of the Couples Guide.

No Drama Discipline
This small group parenting class is offered once a year in the fall. We will focus on the principles taught in the book No Drama Discipline, by Dr. Dan Siegel and Dr. Tina Payne Bryson. Expect lots of discussion, role play, and goal setting. This class is FREE, but parents will need to purchase a copy of the No Drama Discipline Workbook. Space is limited.
